Seller’s Warranty – 12 Months

When you purchase from us, you gain certainty and security:

  • Coverage period: 12 months from the date of purchase (proof required – receipt or VAT invoice).
  • Coverage includes: any material or manufacturing defects discovered under proper use.

Quick Procedure

  1. Submit your warranty claim via email.
  2. You will receive a return label or instructions on how to send the item to our service center.
  3. We will repair or replace the product.

Direct contact with our service center – we do not refer you to third-party points.

The seller’s warranty does not limit or exclude the Consumer’s statutory rights under warranty (Art. 556 of the Civil Code and following).
