The device has two rulers made of thick steel. The rulers have metric and imperial measurements.

The LCD display shows the angle and operates on a round CR2032 battery, which is located on the side of the screen.

To prepare the device for use, the two rulers should be joined together, and then the On/Off button should be pressed. Then, spread the rulers until they form the desired angle, the value of which will appear on the screen.

You can hold it with the Hold button, which will also help show the reverse value of the angle. The Zero button can reset the obtained numbers.
