Returns – withdrawal from the contract

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period is counted from the day on which the Consumer took possession of the Product, or a third party indicated by the Consumer took possession of the Product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send the Seller a clear statement of withdrawal from the contract, for example by e-mail to: sale@capital-production.pl or by post to the address given in the “Contact” section.

After withdrawing from the contract, the Product should be sent back to the address indicated in the “Adres do zwrotów / Returns address” section on this page. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the 14-day period has expired. Detailed rules for returns, including a model withdrawal form and information on the cost of returning the Product, are set out in the Store Terms and Conditions.

Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to sale@capital-production.pl or in writing to the seller’s address.

A valid complaint should include:

  • Full name
  • Address and buyer’s e-mail
  • Date of contract conclusion
  • Subject of complaint and request
  • Relevant circumstances justifying the complaint

If any information is missing, the Seller will contact the Customer to complete the complaint.

Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of their receipt in the correct form.
The response is sent to the e-mail address or postal address indicated by the Customer.

The costs of returning goods subject to a complaint based on statutory warranty or lack of conformity of the goods with the contract are borne by the Seller. The consumer does not bear any costs related to the handling of the complaint. Whenever possible, we provide a return label or reimburse the Customer for reasonable return shipping costs (at the rate of the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered in our store).


We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery.
The above rules apply exclusively to complaints; in the case of withdrawal from the contract without giving any reason, the return rules set out in the Store Regulations apply.
