PTR0120 is mainly used for cutting and grooving truck or tractor tires using resistance knives, thereby restoring the tires' ability to grip the surface. It is a very practical tool for tire renovation, especially for solid truck tires, as well as for renewing and reusing other rubber products.

To meet the needs of different types of tire grooves, the tire grooving machine is equipped with 10 types of grooving blades, including U and V type blades. They can groove rubber with a width of 2 mm to 10 mm and a depth of 9 mm to 14 mm, in the following shapes:

R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5; W-1, W-2, W-3, W-4, W-5 – the groove width range is 3-20 mm, and the depth is 7-16 mm.

The tire tread cutter is lightweight, and each blade is heated separately, which facilitates the cutting process. The set includes 20 blades, ensuring the full functionality of the device.

With an adjustable knob, you can smoothly control the heating power, and the output voltage value is displayed on the control panel using an LCD screen.
