AIRKRAFT WG-2050 is a professional chemical cleaning equipment that ensures maximum effectiveness in removing dirt from various surfaces – fabrics, plastic, leather, rubber, etc. with minimal cleaning agent consumption. The main feature of this model is its high wear resistance.

The Tornador allows for easy cleaning of even the hardest-to-reach places, such as air intakes, joints, and bends, as well as surfaces of irregular shapes. The device can be used for both spot cleaning and full chemical cleaning of the car interior. It is equipped with a pressure regulation valve that automatically adjusts the volume of the supplied agent or air depending on the distance of the nozzle from the cleaned surface. After use, the surface remains almost dry.

The device has two operating modes:

1. Pressurized cleaning agent supply – the detergent solution is supplied under pressure to the soiled surface.
2. Air supply, which allows for "blasting" dirt from the cleaned surface – the "tornado" effect created by the rotating nozzle inside the device's nozzle. The removed dirt settles in the nozzle, which can be easily cleaned by immersing it in water and supplying air.

To extend the life of the device and ensure high cleaning quality, the following recommendations should be followed:

• Use only recommended cleaning agents – the use of products containing chlorine is prohibited.
• Avoid using excessively high air pressure – pressure above 9 bars significantly accelerates the wear of the nozzle and internal tubes.
• Before starting work, thoroughly vacuum the cleaned surface.
• Do not leave the device connected to the air line – use a convenient quick connector to disconnect the device after finishing work or during breaks.
• To avoid uncontrolled leaks of the chemical solution during breaks, turn the cleaning agent supply valve to the horizontal position.
• During operation, monitor the cleanliness of the internal surface of the nozzle. If it gets dirty, immerse the nozzle 5-7 cm in a container of water and remove the dirt with two or three short pulls of the trigger.
• After finishing work, unscrew the nozzle and thoroughly wash all working surfaces and elements with clean water.
• It is recommended to install a lubricator in the air line.
